One City Peterborough is an initiative that is working to make downtown Peterborough a stronger and more welcoming community hub for everyone. The One City Team includes individuals with various barriers to employment who are hired to enhance the downtown streetscape through added cleaning efforts. The second part of the program is full-time outreach workers who assist people downtown with a focus on helping those facing homelessness, social exclusion, and mental health issues. The outreach workers assist by building relationships and providing information on services available locally.

One City Peterborough is a community partnership between the Downtown Business Improvement Area and Warming Room Community Ministries with the support of the City of Peterborough, United Way of Peterborough & District, Wild Rock Outfitters, Cherney Properties, and the people of Peterborough.

There are 2 offerings of films this year.  Grouping A and B.  If you want to see all the films then buy tickets for an A & B evening.

The Best Of is a touring selection of prizewinners and highlights from the Banff Mountain Film Festival, an annual event that showcases short films on mountain sports, adventure and the environment. Many of the top award winners are featured in the show, which offers plenty of enlightenment and entertainment for anyone who loves the great outdoors.

The films are introduced by a Banff Festival representative, and the evening includes additional information on clothes and equipment for outdoor activities, along with door prizes!

There are 37 films on the 2017/2018 World Tour. Please note we will only show 6-10 films per night so there are films below that we won't be showing.
