Participants must be aged 18 or older
What do I need to bring to the event?
- shoes (mountain bike or running shoes depending on your pedals - NO ROAD SHOES)
- water & any snacks needed
- signed waiver (available morning of the clinic)
What should I wear?
Dress in layers. You want to be comfortable as the sun comes out. We will be starting with some instruction and progressing to more physical activity so you want to be warm with the ability to adjust as needed.
